Once a session is booked and payment is completed, the booking is considered confirmed. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior intimation at least 24 hours before the call, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be provided. If you attend the session and feel it did not deliver the value promised, you may request a refund by writing to us within 24 hours of the session at [email protected]  Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Kshitiz Srivastava.
